What we collect
We collect only what we need to fulfill orders and answer messages: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (optional), and the contents of any message you send us. When you visit the site we also receive standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited).
How we use it
We use your information to process and ship orders, reply to inquiries, and — if you opt in — send occasional emails about new batches. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years to satisfy California tax requirements. Inquiry emails are kept for two years and then deleted.
Your rights (CCPA)
If you live in California you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy of it, to ask us to delete it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Email local@washwellbio.com to make a request.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email local@washwellbio.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Children
Our site and products are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Security
Payments are processed by our payment provider using TLS encryption. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
