1. About these terms
By using this website or placing an order with Haven & Hearth, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Products
Every piece we sell is handmade from reclaimed wood. Small variations in color, grain, knots and shape are expected and are part of what makes each piece unique. Product photos are representative, not exact.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax. We invoice by email and accept payment by major card via a secure link.
4. Shipping
In-stock items ship within 5–7 business days from Moorpark, CA. Custom orders take 3–5 weeks. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.
5. Returns and damaged items
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for any reason. Items must be in unused condition. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace or refund the piece.
6. Custom orders
A 50% deposit reserves the wood and is non-refundable once production begins. The remaining balance is due before shipping.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — photos, written copy, the brand mark — is owned by Haven & Hearth. Please don't copy it without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
