Terms of Service

1. Who you are agreeing with
These Terms are between you and WashWell Bio LLC, a California limited liability company at 6556 Calle Koral, Goleta, CA 93117, USA, owned and operated by Yunan Hui. By using washwellbio.com or buying any product, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian agree on your behalf) to place an order.
3. Orders & pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We may correct typos in pricing or product descriptions. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will refund you in full within five business days.
4. Shipping
See our Shipping & Returns page. We currently ship within the US and Canada. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns
First orders are covered by a 30-day, no-questions return — including opened boxes. Subsequent orders may return unopened items within 30 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to: violate any law, infringe any intellectual property right, attempt to access another customer's account, or interfere with the technical operation of the site.
7. Intellectual property
All content on washwellbio.com — text, photographs, illustrations, the WashWell Bio name and logo — is owned by WashWell Bio LLC or used with permission. You may quote brief passages with attribution; you may not copy substantial portions without written permission.
8. Disclaimers
Our products are designed for sensitive skin but every skin is different. If you experience irritation, discontinue use and consult your physician. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind beyond what California consumer law requires.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WashWell Bio LLC's total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Barbara County, California.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site means you accept the current Terms.
