Carbon-neutral shipping from Goleta, California, with a generous return policy on first orders.
Where we ship
All 50 United States, Puerto Rico and Canada. International orders outside North America are available by special request — email bing@washwellbio.com.
How long it takes
- Continental US: 3–5 business days via Sendle (carbon-neutral) or USPS Ground.
- Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico: 7–10 business days.
- Canada: 7–12 business days, plus possible customs delay.
What it costs
- Free shipping on US orders over $50.
- $5 flat rate on US orders under $50.
- $12 flat rate to Canada.
Carbon-neutral by default
Every shipment is sent through Sendle, the first 100% carbon-neutral parcel carrier in the United States. We pay for the offset — it is included in the price you see at checkout.
First-order return guarantee
If your first order does not work for you, return any item — opened or unopened — within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Email bing@washwellbio.com and Dana will send a pre-paid label.
Subsequent returns
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days. Opened items from repeat orders are refundable on a case-by-case basis. We always try to make it right.
Damaged or wrong item
Send a photo and your order number to bing@washwellbio.com within 14 days and we will replace the item at our expense, no return shipment required.
Refill program returns
Mail back caps and pumps in our pre-paid envelope and we credit 20% off your next order. The credit posts within five business days of receipt.
